Une belle histoire de passion pour la chanson. L’aventure initiée il y a 30 ans par Jean-Louis Foulquier, débute par la création des Francofolies de La Rochelle, festival de chanson et de musiques actuelles essentiellement francophones, tourné vers la fête et la découverte. Elle se décline par des actions culturelles et éducatives avec d’une part : Le Chantier des Francos – ateliers de perfectionnement scénique pour jeunes artistes- et d’autre part : FrancosEDUC – opération d’intérêt général pour découvrir la chanson en classe.
